A perfectly preened tall super-slim older alabaster-complexioned British woman, dressed in a perfectly tailored navy 1940s calf-length suit, her long white-silver hair twisted into an elaborately braided updo, just boarded my flight. She's carrying this amazing super retro British Airways flight attendant shoulder bag, all Union Jack red white and blue, that has a million luggage tags on it -- you know, the paper kind of tag on an elastic that you get, branded, from the airline at check-in.
Amazing amazing amazing.
The guy across the aisle from me just took off his socks.
Uh, not so amazing.
